Bikram Yoga: Classic 90-minute HOT and true Bikram Yoga; 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises for all levels of yoga. Designed to maximize health physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Bikram Basics: 2 hour class designed to address your personal goals, concerns, expected benefits, and what you need to get the most from your practice. We begin with a conversation and then move into a WARM room to teach you the breathing exercises and overview of the postures, setting you up for success and giving you the confidence you need to feel at home in the hot room.
Saturday evening Potluck: Come share with our community, hang out with old friends, make new ones and kick off Bikram Yoga Folsom with some fun!! Bring a dish to share! Saturday, November 10th, 6:00pm
