What is Bikram Yoga?

Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises designed to maximize your health and well-being mentally, physically, and spiritually – to reduce stress, heal injuries, prevent illness, promote weight loss, and to improve your energy and mental clarity.
